I was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 28 in San Francisco with essential thrombocythemia, which morphed into Myelofibrosis in 2015. I have been through the wringer since then, and I'm finally headed towards a Stem Cell Transplant in October. We are relocating from PA to AZ for the best chance of surviving it. I don't want my husband to go bankrupt paying for everything. I need to feel comfy cozy so if you could help us pay for housing, airline tickets, and meals, it would be much appreciated. If there is a  balance it will go to other patients that are also fighting bone marrow cancers..
